• Meet and greet group, facilitate introductions, let them know what to expect, answer any questions and prepare them to begin their trek the next morning. • Facilitate daily camp set-up and break-down. • Load and unload camping gear and luggage from roofrack. • Drive 15-passenger maxi-van between destinations. • Work with local vendors to arrange activities such as biking, horseback riding, river rafting, etc. • Organize food shopping, cooking and cleaning duties. • Responsible for ensuring the clients have safe, fun, exciting tours conducted in a manner consistent with the varying dynamics and personalities of each group. • Maintain daily documentation of expenses, mileage, receipts, etc. • Be knowledgeable about the history and geography of the places visited during the tours and be able to share this information with your group.
• Interest in meeting and working with a diverse group of travelers. • Be available to work at least from April to mid October. • Be able to travel for extended periods up to 4 months. • Possess good organization and leadership skills. • Pass pre employment physical examination and drug test.
