• Your group will be assigned a special SUNTREK group coordinator, who will be the only person you have to deal with.
• We'll assign a tour guide according to your group's requirements.
• You provide a list of participants' names and any rooming preferences.
• The accommodation you requested will be booked and confirmed to you.
• Let us know you flight dates and times (unless we are arranging flights). |

3. Operation |
