Many SUNTREK tours (i.e. 0206 - California Dreamin') offer an optional visit to Tijuana, Mexico. J1-students, who don't want to leave the US and cross borders (re-entry problems with J1 visa!), do not need to do this optional trip to Tijuana. You can do other optional activities in San Diego. Please check with your J1 organization concerning other visa questions for trips to Canada and Mexico or visa expiration issues. You are responsible for your own visa. |
